Atlanta certainly gives us enough options. But that wouldn't make this a better travel guide. Red Phone Booth offers something genuinely different while still delivering the quality we expect from a Top 10 recommendation. The cocktail program, atmosphere, cigar selection and speakeasy presentation make the experience distinctive enough to warrant a place among Atlanta's best lounges.

The first four lounges lean heavily into different versions of Atlanta's Black social scene. Red Phone Booth doesn't need to. This is here because sometimes you want to put on something nice and different that’s authentically Atlanta. Here you can disappear into a dimly lit room and drink something that required considerably more effort than pouring liquor over ice. The entrance starts the experience before you even sit down. Once inside, the mood shifts toward classic speakeasy luxury with leather seating, low lighting, premium spirits and a serious cigar program. It feels more old-school gentleman's club than modern Atlanta vibe lounge, and that's precisely why it belongs.

This also isn't the place we'd send you expecting the room to be overwhelmingly Black. That's useful information, not a criticism.
