@beautyandthebump Earlier this month, the Mills House Charleston was my home base while going back and forth to Orangeburg for a funeral. It’s a 4-star hotel right on Meeting Street and honestly, a really solid stay. I mean, it isn’t the Bennett, where I stayed previously, but it was nice. I loved the rich black decor, especially the black and white tile in the bathroom, which felt classic and elevated. As a Hilton Gold member, I was gifted a hotel-branded water bottle, which came in clutch for the 1.5-hour drives to and from Orangeburg. Overall, I’d absolutely stay here again.
