I hope this helps someone! We stayed at the Embassy Suites in San Juan, about 5-7 minutes from the air port for those who want to stay close. They gave us two free drinks each night and breakfast was included. There are two restaurants and a casino inside the hotel. The whole San Juan closes by 10:00pm so them restaurants came in handy! Jet skis are a must!! 10 out of 10 experience!! I booked the jet skis tour through San Juan Bay on Viator. The ziplining we did at ToroVerde Adventure Park.
