Zenza is for the traveler who already knows something important: The hotel doesn't have to be the vacation.
Maybe you've already done the big resort trip. Maybe this time you're renting a car, finding restaurants, heading to different beaches and actually exploring Providenciales.
Suddenly your priorities change. You need somewhere stylish and comfortable to come back to, not seventeen restaurants, six pools and a daily activities calendar. That's where a smaller boutique property makes sense.
Zenza won't be everybody's Turks & Caicos. It isn't supposed to be.

Zenza closes our Top 20 because it represents a category that can easily disappear when Turks & Caicos rankings focus exclusively on beachfront resorts.
It's smaller, more independent and centered around the Turtle Cove area rather than an enormous self-contained resort environment. That puts restaurants, the marina and the surrounding island experience at the center of the trip.
The tradeoff is obvious. Travelers aren't receiving the enormous collection of services offered by Beaches or the ultra-luxury environment of Amanyara.
But that's also not what they're paying for.
For independent travelers who expect to rent a car, explore Providenciales and spend relatively little time inside the hotel, paying for a huge resort infrastructure they aren't going to use doesn't necessarily represent better value.
