Best Brunch in Atlanta

(Click the Images for Full Review)

Atlanta looks different from the rooftop. Across the city, rooftops have become part of how Atlanta eats, drinks, dates and goes out. Some are made for cocktails over the skyline. Others turn into full nightlife experiences once the DJ starts. There are sophisticated hotel rooftops, BeltLine hangouts, breweries, neighborhood favorites and places where Black Atlanta comes to be outside.

BlkTravel's list isn't simply a ranking of the highest buildings or most expensive cocktails. We're looking at the experience. That means atmosphere, views, drinks, service, value, location and the crowd all matter. Most importantly, we consider how comfortable Black travelers are likely to feel in the space and whether the experience represents an Atlanta worth discovering.

The result is a list that can take you from a polished date night above Old Fourth Ward to a Black rooftop party on Edgewood, drinks overlooking Downtown, a casual afternoon along the BeltLine or an inexpensive rooftop with some Old Atlanta character. Because the best rooftop depends on what kind of night you're trying to have.

@teneshiamurray One thing I loved most was talking to the people who walked through the doors of my Midtown location at T’s Brunch Bar. I always wanted to know how they heard about us, and somehow every conversation turned into a real connection. That place was never just about food for me. It was about people, energy, community, and creating a space where strangers could become friends over brunch. That’s what T’s Brunch Bar was all about real people making real connections. ❤️ #fyp #restaurantowner #midtown #brunch #atlanta ♬ original sound - teneshiamurray

@thechowfactor @ChefRobertbutts come to the front. Everything, and I mean everything, was 10/10. NO NOTES! Chef Rob and I went to grade together so visiting his restaurant was a special moment. His take on elevated southern cuisine is exactly what Atlanta needs right now, and I cannot wait to go back for dinner. The egg salad toast blew my mind. Wasn’t expecting much from it after having it all the time as a kid, but it was EGG-CELLENT! The Chicken n Doughnuts… another gem! I usually steer clear of fried chicken anything at brunch, but this is the place to pull the trigger. That sweet tea syrup and lemon better butter in the chicken was a masterpiece… WOW! And the Fried Snapper & Grits… unexpected favorite. Everything was seasoned and dressed to perfection. If you don’t have #mothersday plans, this is your sign.
