A GUIDE TO ATLANTA HOTELS

Atlanta doesn't have one hotel district. That's exactly why this list covers the entire metro. The best Atlanta stay might put you above the skyline in Midtown, steps from the restaurants and nightlife of Buckhead, inside one of Downtown's landmark hotels, tucked into one of the city's newer mixed-use neighborhoods, or connected to the airport when convenience matters more than a Peachtree Street address. And sometimes? The best hotel for your Atlanta trip isn't technically in the City of Atlanta at all.

That's why BlkTravel's Top 20 Atlanta Area Hotels doesn't stop at the city limits. We're looking across Metro Atlanta for the properties that give Black travelers the strongest combination of service, location, design, amenities, value, social atmosphere and Black Traveler Comfort. Luxury matters, but this isn't simply a list of Atlanta's most expensive hotels. We want the hotels we'd actually choose. The birthday hotel. The couples weekend. The staycation. The hotel close enough to the function that nobody has to argue about who is driving. The airport stay that doesn't feel like you settled for an airport hotel. And, yes, the occasional property where the hotel itself might become part of the reason you came.

These are the best of the best across Atlanta. Twenty hotels. Different neighborhoods. Different price points. Different reasons to stay. One question: If we're coming to Atlanta, where would BlkTravel actually book?
