Havana Club Review
Havana earns #2 because few places on this list can match its big-night-out energy. It loses the top spot because Tongue & Groove gives us a slightly stronger balance between Latin dancing and the upscale club experience, while Sanctuary beats both when the dancing itself is the priority. But if your group says, “We want somewhere big tonight,” Havana might be the best answer on the list. Sometimes you don't want intimate.
You want a club. Havana is built for that night. The appeal is scale: multiple spaces, DJs, dancing, bottles, crowds and enough musical variety for the experience to move between Latin records and Atlanta's broader mainstream nightlife sound. That crossover is both its strength and the reason you should know what you're choosing. Havana isn't necessarily where we'd send the person whose only goal is dancing salsa for four hours.
It's where we'd send the group that wants Latin energy inside a full-scale Buckhead club night. Get dressed. Bring the group. Expect a crowd. BlkTravel would choose Havana Club for: big nights out, Latin and crossover music, reggaeton, birthdays, dancing, VIP tables, groups and Buckhead clubbing.
